  • Our return policy is strictly valid for 24 hours from the time of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • Any item is missing from the parcel

  • If the parcel is opened or unsealed, you must inform us immediately.

  • Opened products can only be returned if a genuine fault is found.

  • If a fault is claimed and the product is later found to be non-faulty, all shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

  • Return shipping charges are paid by the customer.

  • You may return the product using any courier service.


Warranty Policy

How to File a Complaint or Return Request

To file a complaint or request a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Clearly mention the reason for return or complaint

Refund Policy
